Our returns policy is designed to be very simple and easy to understand, whilst also conforming to the latest Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) and ensuring your rights as a consumer are fully supported.
Your right to cancel:
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order, and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order is sent in multiple deliveries, the 14 days starts the day you receive the last item.
Returns within 14 days:
If you would like to return your goods, please use the details on our contact us page to let us know. Include a copy of your original invoice in with the goods, and send them to us at Unit 14, Park Valley Mills, Meltham Road, Huddersfield, HD4 7BH.
Once we receive your goods back, we will issue a full refund to your payment card within 7 days, this refund will be for the full value of the goods purchased. If your order was for multiple items, or a premium delivery service was selected, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend when returning goods for a refund that you use a registered or recorded postal service – we cannot be responsible for any items returned to us but not received.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any goods being returned to us reach us in good condition. A deduction or re-stocking fee of up to 25% can be levied if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the goods being mis-treated or handled more than necessary. In the majority of cases this is not required, and no re-stocking fees are charged.
Returns made after 14 days:
Any returns made after the 14 day period will be subject to the warranty conditions on the product you have ordered.
If a fault or problem occurs with goods purchased from us, please use the contact us page to report the problem to us. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to advise the best way forward of rectifying the situation with a minimal amount of fuss and inconvenience to yourself.
