Dean is the Founder and CEO of Concept Pools Group. With over 21 years of experience in the wet leisure industry his work has seen him complete a variety of projects including design and installation of luxury and fitness facilities for celebrities and sports professionals.

One of his proudest achievements, to which Dean dedicated 2 years of his life, was the delivery of the pools for the 2012 Olympics at the London Aquatics Centre hailed as the most technologically advanced and stunning swimming facility in the world.

Following the Olympics, Dean decided to start his own pool business, a company that reflected his knowledge, passion and experience and so Concept Pools was born in 2011. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and the Group now comprises The Swimming Pool Shop selling a range of chemicals, cleaning materials and pool equipment; The Swim Club; the latest addition, Tanqua Container Pools, which is a new breed of affordable swimming pool.

Dean shares his love of pools with a handpicked dedicated team of employees, who between them have over 80 years of experience in the wet leisure industry, in which they now all work together seamlessly to bring you a complete pool design, installation and maintenance service.
